Organic Red Wines
Red wines are made from dark skinned grapes (red, blue-purple, black) but the juice of these grapes is usually clear or greenish-white. So in order to get the red colour (purple, ruby, garnet or even brick-red) into the finished wine, these wines are fermented on their grape skins where anthocyan pigments are extracted as well as tannins. During this process, grape skins float to the top of the fermentation vessel forming a cap which needs to be punched down in order to maintain contact with the juice to maximize the extraction of colour and flavour.

Gamay Noir
A rich carmine red wine with a deep pink rim and a wonderful nose reminiscent of the grape harvest. This light-bodied unoaked red features elegant plum, mulberry and cherry flavours as well as a soft spiciness.
Cabernet Franc
This Cabernet has a ruby red colour with blue edges and a spicy, earthy nose that makes me think of a forest floor. A wine with a strong structure that features lively, rich raspberry and blackberry flavours as well as a hint of pepper and subtle tannins.
Cabernet Merlot
Velvety Merlot softness and spicy, robust Cabernet Franc fruit lends our organic Cabernet Merlot a great deal of depth and complexity. Round and well balanced, with earthy blackberry, ripe plum, and lively cassis flavours, a hint of peppery spice, and well integrated tannins.
Merlot
This Limited Edition Merlot was hand crafted from our best grapes. It features plump juicy flavours dominated by dark berries and cassis with a hint of chocolate spice and silky tannins.
